Monitoring Earnings

Tracking your earnings is crucial to understanding your contributions and optimizing your participation in the Sunflower network. The Earnings Overview section on the Dashboard provides detailed insights into your token rewards.

Earnings Breakdown:

  • Total Earnings:

    • Displays the cumulative SFL tokens earned from bandwidth contributions.

  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly Earnings:

    • Shows your earnings over different time periods to help you track performance trends.

  • Reward Sources:

    • Details where your rewards are coming from, such as direct bandwidth contributions, staking, or governance participation.

Accessing Earnings:

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard:

    • Open the Sunflower client and go to the “Dashboard” tab.

  2. View Earnings Summary:

    • The top section displays your total SFL tokens earned.

    • Below, you can see a graphical representation of your earnings over time.

  3. Detailed Reports:

    • Click on the “Earnings” section for a detailed report.

    • Here, you can filter earnings by date, source, and other parameters.

Maximizing Earnings:

  • Increase Bandwidth Contribution:

    • Allocating more bandwidth can lead to higher rewards, provided the network demand supports it.

  • Maintain High Uptime:

    • Ensure your node remains online and stable to maximize your earning potential.

  • Participate in Governance:

    • Engaging in community governance can unlock additional rewards and influence network parameters that affect earnings.
